Persons identified as wanted by law enforcement or likenesses of persons allegedly associated w/ crimes are innocent until convicted in a court of law.
On Thursday, September 19, 2024 at approx. 1:00pm, on the Winters Branch Running Trail behind Amaryllis Avenue in the Wellington neighborhood, the suspect grabbed the female victim from behind and grabbed her buttocks.
The victim was able to break free and the suspect fled the scene on foot.
SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:
A Hispanic male, in his 20s, 5’6” – 5’9”, medium to large build, wearing a black hat, white tank top, black shorts and black sneakers.

The Manassas City Police have arrested Latoya Christine CRABBE age 34 in connection to the shooting death of her husband Curtis Bryant CRABBE age 36.
On October 21, 2024, at 2:29 P.M. police received a 911 call that a shooting had occurred in a home in the 9200 block of Brinkley Lane, Manassas, VA. Upon arrival, officers located Curtis CRABBE suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency medical personnel on the scene determined the victim to be deceased.
Latoya CRABBE was also at the scene and was detained by officers. Detectives determined that the incident was between domestic partners who both lived at the home. At this time there are no other suspects believed to be involved in the shooting and the incident was contained within the home.
Latoya CRABBE was charged with: Second-degree Murder and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony and was held with no bond.

The Manassas City Police have felony warrants for the the arrest of Bria Jellete ROBINSON. She is accused of white collar felony Fraud.
ROBINSON is 32 years old, 5'9" tall weighing 140 pounds.

The Manassas City Police are asking for the public’s help in capturing and bringing to justice, Benjamin Aguilos APARIS, JR. The police have three warrants alleging crimes of Domestic Violence, Child Abuse and Neglect.
APARIS is 31 years old, 5’5” tall, weighing 175 pounds. The crimes allegedly took place over the past year in a residence in Manassas City.
If you have information as to the whereabouts of APARIS and your information leads to his capture, you would be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000 from Crime Solvers.

Manassas City Police Detectives conducted an investigation and were able to identify a suspect in the case. A search warrant was also executed at a residence in the 10000 block of Makelys Way in the City of Manassas. The subject who was arrested is identified as:
Jesus Enrique RAMIREZ CABRERA 23 years of age from Manassas. Charges include Abduction; Robbery; Impersonation of Law Enforcement; and Petit Larceny. RAMIREZ CABRERA is being held without bond.
At this time detectives do not believe any other suspects were involved in this incident and there is no ongoing threat to the community.

POLICE INVESTIGATE CHILD ABDUCTION
On Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 8:39 a.m., the Manassas City Police received a call from a resident who stated they located a female juvenile in distress near the intersection of Quarry Road and Zebedee Street.
The police investigation revealed that a man driving a red Jeep SUV, possibly a Patriot or Commander, approached the juvenile as she was walking to school in the 9400 block of Clover Hill Road.
The juvenile alleges the male identified himself as a police officer and told her to get in the car. He then got out of the vehicle and grabbed her arm, put her into the front passenger's seat, and drove away going down Clover Hill Rd. to Wellington Rd. to Fairview Avenue to Quarry Road at which point the juvenile got out of the vehicle.
The suspect is a Hispanic male, approximately 40 years old with black hair and beard. No weapons were seen.

The Manassas City Police are asking for assistance in locating "Richard Wanner SAENZ-ARGUETA" wanted for Felony Organized Retail Theft from Home Depot.
SAENZ-ARGUETA is an Hispanic male, age 25, 6’0”, 160 LBS.
If your information helps with his capture, you would be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
The Manassas Park VA Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Ms. MAMTA KAFLE. Mamta was last seen on July 31, 2024 by her husband and was reported missing by him on August 5. Through investigation, the Manassas Park Police have determined the case as “Involuntary/Critical Missing Person” and is asking the public’s assistance in locating Manta.
Mamta works at the UVA Health Prince William Medical center in Manassas as a pediatric nurse. She is described as a white female, 5’1” tall, 143 pounds with black eyes and black hair last seen wearing blue scrubs.

MAMTA KAFLE
Manassas Park Police is currently investigating the shooting of a dog that occurred at 9:26 AM, April 26, 2021 at the Virginia Rail Express (VRE) at 9300 Manassas Drive, Manassas Park, Virginia 20111.
Upon the officer’s arrival, blood was located in the parking lot, which was tracked and led to the pictured dog being located. The dog had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was wearing a gray/green colored collar with spikes and had black leash attached to it.
Witness reports hearing 6 total gunshots. After the dog was shot, the witness followed the person, described as a Black male back to a Black SUV that was parked in the VRE parking lot; the vehicle then fled the scene.
The dog was transported to a nearby vet clinic and is being treated. The animal may have to have a leg amputated.
